As a former Law Enforcement Officer, what you learn here is fundamental and practical for real life scenarios. It will get the job done if the necessity arises.

I say necessity, because you will also learn self restraint, control and when you’re allowed to use what you’re learning. Sifu Ken and his other Sifu’s are not training bullies.

His work with children and those with disabilities is like nothing I’ve ever seen. He’s got a great way of teaching with compassion while pushing his students in ways they might not otherwise be pushed to get the best out of them. Not only in Kajukenbo, but life in general.

You’ll have to opportunity to learn self defense, get a good workout in and how to be a better human being here.

My son went to this Ohana Martial Arts a few years ago and he really loved it. Great learning atmosphere and great teacher that’s patient with the kids.
