Cookie provided me with relief from pain I had been experiencing. She was patient and thorough in identifying points of needed attention. She shared with me keys to making the massage last until my next visit. She is a true professional and expert in her field.

I am Brandon's wife- Heather- and I wanted to leave a review for Cookie. I had a unique surgery where a plastic surgeon repaired a bad hernia, had to sew up my obliques on each side, my center stomach muscles, and basically fix some of the inner issues of having 6 children. It has been difficult to say the least- I have had some medical complications/difficulties after (belly button issues, blister, etc). I researched who was the best lymphatic drainage therapist in the St. Charles area (because car rides can be painful with no core muscles and I live in St. Peters). Lymphatic massages can help with swelling which hadn't improved in the last two weeks since my surgery (in fact despite eating healthy and very low sodium my weight was gaining and swelling was getting worse)- Cookie immediately came up in my google searches! I researched her and her reviews, education, experience were excellent- and her personal yet professional manner were unmatched. I decided to give it a chance- my body wouldn't stop swelling and it seemed I had more complications each week so I decided to try it. It was life changing. She is incredibly talented, skilled, knows what she is doing. I was in a lot of pain and swelled up pretty bad. I was very tight in my back (which made no sense to me), but she was kind, patient, knew her craft, and when I walked out of her office, I was 100% pain free, and the next morning I woke up and for the first time in over 2 weeks, my stomach looked SMALLER. Not worse- not the same- it looked better!!!! It was worth it to just be pain-free for awhile, but it actually works!!!! If you feel lost after surgery- if you feel like you aren't improving and you are drowning in pain and depression from not improving- see Cookie. She has the hands of an angel. She won't let you leave her office without feeling better and doing an amazing job and it is honestly because she cares about the actual patient. She truly CARES. She takes what she does seriously and she will not let you down. She has an amazing heart and the hands/skills of an angel and you will notice this the minute you meet her. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Today was my first experience with Cookie and it was truly amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed throughout the whole experience. She is very educated on the lymphatic system and process, it was educational and relaxing all at the same time! Can’t wait to continue this journey with her to improve my health! Thanks, Cookie!
