Food pretty good, ordered 4 items 3 of them 👍🏻 only 1 not good. But they fixed it. Our server Trevor (I think that’s our server name) very efficient, delivered great service and friendly. That night the restaurant pretty busy almost full house, worried about what kind of service we will get when restaurant busy but awesome server Travor nailed it. We enjoyed dining at Prados and for sure we will be back plus will tell our family and friends too 🙌🏻
Nice small little neighborhood restaurant. Very tasty dishes. We went for brunch and I got their breakfast burrito. It was very good and a nice size portion. Prices were very reasonable too.
Located in an upscale shopping plaza, the refreshing take on Mexican food is quite satisfying. Seeing the butternut squash quesadillas on the menu is what drew me in. I mean what Mexican place has butternut squash. The high ceilings and clean modern decor are other elements typically not part of most Mexican spots. Our waitress was super cool, and very happy to have the chef remake the butternut squash quesadillas when the came out undercooked. After the remake they were perfect. The complimentary salsa that came out at the beginning perhaps some of the best salsa I have ever had. We also loved the queso funding and guacamole as appetizers. Their fries are huge and s
Twisting and fantastic. Surprisingly they also have really good coffee. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant with really good coffee before today. So, check out Prados!
Had some time for lunch. So Prados it is.
Above average Mexican restaurant. Service is good, place is clean and the workers actually work. Prices are a little high (it’s lake St. Louis) so I expect the food to really WOW me but it was good. I’d definitely come back. I had the nachos with shrimp (skimped on the shrimp) but definitely a great nacho concept, finally a chip where you get toppings on every bit…… minus shrimp. For my main course I had the kitchen sink burrito. I expected steak, shrimp and chicken, but at last I had too add these. It’s a basic burrito (at a high price). The star of the show is the salsa! My goodness I could just eat that. This alone brought them to 4 stars!
So if your looking for an above average Mexican restaurant with great vibes then this is it! Yes there are 5 stars out there, but I didn’t feel like driving.
can u say BRUNCH ON SATURDAY??!! bottomless mimosas and/or bloody marys for only $12...look at the size of that thang!! margarita floats were satisfying. wasnt a huge fan of the wings cause i like em juicy on the inside & the sauce couldve been a bit tastier. tha potatoes w queso & pico was tasty!! im sure this spot is jumping in the warmer months, so my next visit will be to return when it isnt so windy outside
