Dr. Huels explains everything very well and communicates very well. Tests were thorough. I was given several options to fit my needs. Offered options to pay since my insurance doesn't have coverage.

I came in to make an appointment to have my mom's hearing aid repaired. Laletta greeted me at the front desk and asked if I had the hearing aid with me. I did and Laletta took it and repaired it, even pointing out how to order the best batteries on Amazon, which I did right there with her, saving mom lots of cash and getting great value from her batteries. This place is not out to get money, they really want to help.

I have never had a bad experience at this facility. Lalette Cline is the kindest, sweetest, most helpful person in your organization and Don Wallace is right there with her. Thank you,

Very helpful with any problems. They answer all questions no matter what. Making sure you are satisfied with your hearing aids.

Cannot say enough about Beth and staff. I normally get my hearing aids through the VA, but when they need cleaning, adjustments, or repair, I need to send them to Denver for 2-3 weeks. Not a good option. Miracle Ear on 5th St. in St. Charles will do it while I wait. Service with a smile. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Vets and support staff are great. Pricing is awesome. Only problem is it's hard to get an appointment quickly for acute conditions but for preventative care it's perfect.
