I purchased a defective laserjet printer, also purchased Geek Squad protection. I spoke with them and they set up an appointment for me in the St. Peters Missouri store on Black Friday. I was expecting the worst when Geek Squad told me I had to take it over to customer service and the line was about a mile long. I expected a minimum of 2 hours. The staff at Best Buy was phenomenal at getting customers through. We were in and out with a replacement printer in under 45 minutes. The young man, Ryan who waited on is did an exceptional job and got us taken care of immediately! Kudos to Best Buy and to Ryan for an excellent experience!

Evan hooked me up with the best service in getting my car worked on. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable with the product, and you could tell how much he values helping his customers. I’ll definitely be recommending Evan personally to my friends and family. He was awesome.
