My granddaughter has gone to the School for the past 11 years. She is an a student and receives an excellent education. The class sizes are small enough for the children to receive personal attention. The principal worked well with the parents and families as do the teachers.

I love Child of God. My son started in summer camp and is now on his second year of preschool. We are not Lutheran so I was hesitant at first but everyone is so welcoming and personal. The pastor and principal are always available if there is anything to talk about and we enjoy seeing them in the hallways in the mornings. The teachers are always positive and creative. We have complete confidence that my son is growing academically and spiritually. This school has made such a positive impact on our lives I look forward to see where it takes us over the next 10 years as he will do pre-k and through 8th grade. Oh and I enjoy how many opportunities are offered for the parents to be involved.

I would give Child of God Lutheran School a rating of 5 stars. I have a grandchild in the school who has gone there since kindergarten. I have had many opportunities to see first hand how the school as whole conducts itself with regard to student interaction, parent interaction, business principles, community, and spiritual issues. I believe they have the correct guidelines in place to make the school a great success. They are growing and expanding their services each and every year. I will say that no school religious or otherwise is a substitute for good parenting. I believe COGs goal is to help parents in raising well balanced productive young adults who are equipped in all aspects of life. When choosing a school for your family I believe it is important to remember that all schools have one thing in common; it's still school and they are still kids. There will always be issues and problems that arise. I believe COG does a great job of handling those aspects of school. I highly recommend them.

This is my daughters 6th year at COG and we LOVE this school. The teachers are committed to educational excellence. In addition to the academic education and equally important to us they are building a strong faith and character in our daughter. The pastor, principal and staff are wonderful and easy to work with. We enjoy the personal attention and close relationships that come with the smaller class sizes but also love to see the school growing. My daughters class size has grown over the years. We appreciate the efforts to develop the extra curricular sports and the chance for our daughter to learn good sportsmanship and teamwork. My mom attends various events and volunteers on occasion and as a grandparent feels very welcome and a part of the school family. I realize that each families experience is different based on their children and their involvement at the school but ours has been positive. We knew from our first school tour this was the best school for our daughter and over the years we have never doubted our decision.

We started attending Child of God last year. My son has social issues. Everyone made sure he was taken care of and that he was comfortable. My daughter had issues with reading. Now she is reading chapter books. Both of my children need special help. They get that help at Child of God. We are so grateful that we joined this school, community, and family. I know my children are well cared for. They are getting the best education. When I have concerns, my concerns are taken seriously and addressed. My children are my life. I want to provide them with the best education and community. That is Child of God! We take care of each other. It is not just a school. We are a family.
