  My husband and I bought a new Frontier Pro 4x4. Our salesman Jeffrey was very nice and understanding of what we were looking for. It took about a weekish to get the truck in since one wasn't available on lot in our color of choice . Never once though was our salesman or other salesmen pushy or rude anytime we have been on lot. Even everyone we have come in contact with even at the front desk or in the parts department has been so nice to us. Everyone is very helpful to find who you are looking for if they aren't at there desk too.
  
  When we got to signing paperwork, our finance officer Will was also very nice to us and explained all the paperwork to us. Even when I had to go back in to give them our trade-in title. Will was still very nice he though he was the only finance officer in that day and had been super busy all day running back and forth. He even took the time to walk me over to the parts counter so I could purchase a wheel lock kit and get it installed.
  
  I would recommend this dealership to everyone. 👍🧡

  Roger Dodd helped me purchase a vehicle for my college age son this week. I could not believe the professional and enjoyable experience him and his crew put on for us.   Several months ago I wandered in to Saint Charles Nissan just to look at new Frontiers. Greg Winters was there to help. Even though I told him I was not near ready to buy, he still took the time to show me everything about the truck, show me various options, and answer all my questions without rushing on to the next customer or pushing me to buy. So when my mother was ready for a new car, I took her to see Greg. He treated her like his own mother and found her the perfect fit for her. When it was finally my turn, I made sure to find Greg. He remembered me instantly and worked diligently to make me a good deal that got me what I wanted within my budget. I’ll definitely be looking for Greg again when it’s my wife’s turn for a new vehicle.

  Outstanding customer service. This review is long overdue. I've now purchased 4 cars from St.Charles Nissan and all have been a fantastic experience. Sales, Financing and Service departments are all very courteous, know what they are talking about and don't give you the "sales pitch" like many other dealers in the area.
  On one of my purchases I actually received money back (previous car was totaled) due to the expert knowledge of their finance dept.
  If you're in the StL area, it's worth the drive to St.Charles Nissan.

  I purchased a 2023 zCar from Roger Dodd at St. Charles Nissan. Great experience, was professional, friendly, and fair handed. I came from out of state, Texas, and Mr Dodd worked behind the scenes and had the vehicle prepped and ready on my arrival and provided a nice accessory on the final close. My experience was pleasant with Mr Dodd and others at the Dealership! Thank you!
