YOU DO NEED A TRAVEL AGENT if you wish to have any sort of rest on your trip/vacation--make sure you pick RITA!. With airline strikes flying is crazy but Rita switched my flights within minutes and stranded travels watched with envy as I swanned my way to the departure gate. My trip to Svalbard to see polar bears, whales and walrus was deluxe and affordable because Rita does the research. I already have her working on my next adventures! Allie and Rita provided the best service I've had from travel experts in a very long time. Everything we needed was taken care of and when questions arose, Allie was very prompt to respond, including reassuring us of flight updates due to the adverse weather conditions on our returning flight to the states. We were very pleased to find out reservations were made at our request for a special Valentine's dinner at the resort we were visiting in Cancun.
