Bales Restoration services were very professional and very respectful of our house during the water damage removal and drying out of our house. Daryl and his crew are the best.

We just and Bales out to assess some water damage from our leaking garbage disposal. Could not have asked my two more professional people. Called and kept me updated on their arrival. Didn’t push or pressure any services. Offered a wide variety of options. Reasonable rates. Free estimates. Even offered to come back for free to reassess. You just don’t find genuine nice people and they definitely were!! Will definitely use them for any and all of our needs. Thank you :)

Contacted Bales the day after we had a pipe burst in our basement. Daryl was out that day to assess the situation and devise a plan for drying out the basement and saving our wood flooring. Once we got the basement dry, Larry took over the restoration project, fought with our insurance company to ensure we received full value for the damaged area and we decided to add some additional work to the project, including painting our main level. The house looks fantastic. The main painter, Zac was as nice as could be, worked his butt off, and made sure that every day before he left the house was clean so we could live normally while they completed the job. Would absolutely use again

As a property manager it is a great feeling when you have such reliable vendors that you can call and get same day service in an emergency. We routinely use Bales to clean our resident’s carpets. I have raved before about how professional and thorough Daryl was but yesterday he went above and beyond. Our maintenance manager was faced with a heartbreaking decision yesterday to put down his sick dog. He knew it was time when the dog could no longer control his bowels. I called Bales and they were able to fit us into his schedule for the same day. Daryl was professional and so respectful with the situation. He was able to get every stain out. He took his time pre-treating stains, and worked on difficult areas for an extended period of time. He was not only able to remove the pet stains, but also got out stains from kids spilling drinks down the stairs and in bedrooms that had been there for a while. My maintenance manager was so impressed in the mist of his heartbreaking afternoon he messaged me to tell me what a great job Bales and specifically Daryl did.
