Great experience for the second year in a row. She sent me an email at the beginning of open enrollment updating options available in my area. We discussed a new medication I added over the year and concluded my current plan was the best option. I highly recommended Amy to anyone wanting a very personable and has you in her best interest and makes you feel like you’re best friends.

Catherine was very nice and knowledgeable. Took her time with me and explained things well. We had several phone conversations to help assist me in making my decision. She checked my med's to make sure they were covered under the plans I was reviewing. Always returned my call or kept schedule appt. Even when I repeated a question she never made me feel dumb for asking her again. Very polite and nice. Thank you Catherine! :)

Drew was helpful, patient and seemingly knowledgeable about a process I knew nothing about. He walked me through several plans until I found one seemed to best match my situation. He never tried to pressure me into a quick decision. It was during our third conversation that I signed up for a plan after having checked with my dentist and doing some research before selecting a PCP. Was very happy with Drew.

Shantel was so very helpful and patient with me today. She took her time to explain all my options and helped me understand each of them. I left with well understanding of my policy. She even left me her number in case I think of anything else later. I was so pleased with her professionalism and concern for me to understand what I took for myself.
