Just recently, the support folks went above and beyond my expectations by performing a site visit to replace a part that only a skilled technician (Greg) could make. They definitely raised the bar! I tried the brown sugar vanilla latte with almond milk and it was very good! My buddy got a shot of espresso and he said it's gotten better too! This is a cool brake shop vibe. The servers were patient with our group and sweet.”

It's not a cheap dinner but not astronomical however I felt my nonalcoholic drink was higher than it should be as it was small and no alcohol. “Bought this bracelet for my girlfriend and I. It was amazing to see her face when the magnetic balls clicked together. This park is pretty cool too, but I did not give it to her here. I did it in a much more romantic setting. This park is good for hitting balls and playing on the playground. The toilets are primitive but definitely better than pooping in an outhouse. I will definitely visit this place again.”

“Today, I visited Memorial Hall to see the plans for a new St. Charles Park. It seemed nice to me. The large room had a wooden floor. Two of the walls had plenty of windows. On the way to the room I saw a smaller room that looked like it was used for presentations or movies. I think, I read that the large room can hold 250 people for wedding receptions / rentals. There were not 250 people in there today. Today, there were a few tables set up and a lot of easels with posters showing plans of the future park. We went around the room visiting the different displays. The room did well for the event I attended and allowed for social distancing.”

“In Sept 2020 I ordered what I thought was the correct style carpet for my 1968 Fairlane Fastback restoration project, but I mistakenly ordered for a convertible, not a Fastback. After receiving the carpet set I discovered my error. I then spoke with Rick at Factory Interiors and he told me to return the (uncut) carpet and they would replace it with the correct style. Within a week of my shipping the original back to them I had the replacement at my door! The replacement was a perfect fit; install time was very minimal. My communication with ACC Carpet/Custom Interiors, and the no hassle exchange, was commendable. They did not even charge me for the exchange, OR for shipping the replacement back to me. I will definitely be buying carpet for my '95 Ranger in the next few months. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I am a real person and these are my own words relating to this transaction.
