Sleep Number

It was a wonderful low-pressure, quality information experience shopping with Larry. Now we're anxiously awaiting the arrival of our good nights sleep. Thank you for helping us figure out what was best for our needs.

The customer service was excellent at the St. Peters store. Larry met me with a smile and listened to my wants and needs in my 3rd Sleep Number bed. The store was clean, my questions answered, and each mattress was tested so that I could make the best decision for my needs. The only negative is that I wish delivery could've been much sooner for health purposes.

Shokouh was wonderful and very patient, she took the time to ensure we properly educated and comfortable before putting a quote together to come back when we were ready. She also remembered my name when we came back to try the beds again and ultimately make our purchase. We am so excited and counting down the days until delivery!

This review is overdue - the experience I had at the Mid Rivers Sleep Number Store was one of the most memorable retail adventures of my life. Shokouh Pritchett greeted my mother and me immediately when we walked in, and right away, she proved not only knowledgeable about the beds and products, but one of the most attentive, kindest people I have ever met.

Shokouh did everything in her power to make sure we had a good experience here - and her genuineness as a salesperson was incredible. She didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need, and when it came time to finance our purchase, she helped us figure out all of the details.

By the time we left, she felt like part of our family! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this store - and ask for Shokouh!
