I saw all the bad reviews but not the case for us. We were empty 45 minutes after our arrival and before our appointment.

Was expecting the worse based on other reviews, but our experience wasn’t bad. Had a live load on Sunday. Appt time 9 am, but we checked in early at 6:30 am. Dropped trailer, parked in staging area. Received a phone call at 8:10 am saying come get paperwork. Quick and easy process.

Attention Truckers: Drive up to the security shack to check in, they will want you to slide your tandems back before proceeding further in. Find a spot across from the loading docks to park, than walk to the shipping office to check in with them. Shipping location is the grey door with a white sign that says "shipping and receiving office" near dock door 34. Rest rooms and snack machines are inside.

If your drop-n-hook, Shipping will have you sign a few things, give you your BOL's, and tell you to drop your empty in the back and pick up your loaded trailer at a designated spot. After you hook, go out the main exit where security will check you out. Overall if you drop-n-hook here the process is fast and customer service here is good. For live loads/unloads I don't know how long they typically take.
