I've had great experience in the past for both a knee meniscus repair and plantar facietis shots and physical therapy. This latest visit for my other knee has been less than accommodating.

Waiting on results of mri and in-person follow up appointment with Dr for course of treatment, lack of empathy on pain management forced me to seek pain relief from a local urgent care, who was most helpful in treating the pain by various ways awaiting the return trip to here again in 11 days. In all fairness my wait falls during a holiday week and everyone deserves a break. But I would have hoped they would have given me a prescription/treatment for more than just ibuprofen and a brace at my initial visit. Maybe I wasn't very clear on how much it hurts when I'm working on it daily.
Hopefully the rest of my treatment will be like my prior visits and be a little more attentive to my needs.

Dr. McAllister is a really good surgeon.
I don't trust doctors in general but he really prove me wrong.
He explained everything to me before surgery and provided with all details. I had a torn meniscus and even thought I had a pretty big tearing he was able to save most of my meniscus. I am a runner and it has been only 4,5 weeks since I had a surgery I started to run. He really took care of me. Now, I follow all instructions that he told me and I see extraordinary results .
Also, his staff is very friendly and I felt very comfortable before and after surgery.
