“This Spencer Rd Branch is the largest in the St. Charles City/County Library System at 58,000 square feet. It is normally open 7 days a week. There were pandemic closure periods. My recent visit was for a meeting. This library is always very clean. Because of the pandemic, the staff disinfected the meeting rooms after events. I expect this also reduces transmission of cold, flu, and pneumonia. I have visited this library for many reasons in the past decade. The staff is always very helpful when asked for help or questions.”
