From arrival to test drive to signing papers took less than 3 hours! I have spent all day at dealership in the past, so this was impressive. Also, Eric Houser was very attentive and easy to contact. He made the experience great!
Begin with the fact that I love my 23’ Silverado 2500HD. That being said the experience I had with Brett Wilkinson was all you could ask for and more in a car buying experience. I came from 3 hours away and had expressed from the beginning that I would like the process to be speedy once I arrived. Brett and the finance manager did just that. 30 minutes from arriving I was leaving in my new truck, in that 30 minutes they reviewed my trade-in handled the financing and the vehicle delivery. I’m very appreciative of their attentiveness, and would always consider them in another vehicle purchase.
Sales Review: We couldn’t be happier with the purchase of our new Suburban, the whole sales team was phenomenal. We worked with Rob in sales, highly recommend him. He was very friendly and accommodating (my husband and I had our 3 children with), he worked quickly to get our car ready to take home in time to get our kids to hockey that evening. Jason in finance helped us secure a loan and choose a warranty package that worked perfectly for both our budget and our needs. Everyone in the dealership was incredibly welcoming, we never felt pushed into anything the way some dealerships do. It’s the big dealership with the small town dealership feel. We look forward to doing more business in the future.
Service Review: Ian in service did a great job of helping us with our oil change and tire rotation. He told me where the children’s area was and got our vehicle done as quickly as he could. Things took a little longer than anticipated but he made sure to keep me updated and apologized about our wait. I noticed the technician taking the time to torque the lugs on the wheels. We’ve been to other shops that have skipped that step so Jim Trenary doing the job the right way is a huge factor on why we are returning customers and recommend them to our friends.
The entire process was so smooth and easy! Danielle was very nice, patient, and not pushy at all when I was deciding which car I wanted. Jason in the finance department was also great to work with!
I drove 90 minutes with zero regret. I will definitely be a return customer for future purchases.
Been going here for decades, even when they were located by the water tower. Purchased a handful of cars from them. The process is still a little clunky and finagling with a trade in. A lot depends on who you get as a sales person.
Have I encountered issue?, yes, but the management has always stepped up and corrected them.
The Service Dept.is easy to get an appointment, and you can not beat the oil change prices. Also they have great prices on tires, in which I will be getting soon.
