Dr. John P. Canale, MD

I like Dr. Canale but his office is horrible. I can never get a person on the phone. I always have to email them and wait for when it's convenient for them to call me back. They are nice but this is so frustrating. I am tired of lack of service this office offers. I like Jan Chartrand, the therapist, but same problem, no one answers the phone ever!

I've been seeing Dr Canale for 20 yrs and was the only doctor to diagnose me with ADD. It was miraculous the difference medicine made on my disability. It helped me with work and family and kept me focused when I needed to be.
Many yrs later I went through a divorce that crushed me and sent me into a downward spiral. Thankfully Dr Canale was able to help me amd get my life amd mind back in track. I can never thank him enough.

I have been seeing Dr. Canale since 2001. He helps me manage my illness and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is very straightforward and lets you know what you need to be accountable for in order to get and keep control. Their phone lines can be challenging when they are busy, but his office will always make sure my prescriptions are taken care of and that I can get in to see him when I need to.

Love Love Love Dr Canale and Dr Iliviki both. Been going for over 11 years and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Jessica at the front desk it wonderful and even though it is hard to get through on the phone lines at times she will ALWAYS return my calls and emails.
