HotWorx has changed my life. I have never found a good workout routine that I actually enjoyed before coming here. In just 30 minutes a day I am able to clear my mind and burn so many calories. I originally signed up for the physical benefits but ended up getting so much more. My mind and body feel better than ever and I wish I would’ve tried hot workouts years sooner. On top of that, the staff is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and comforting and have answered the 0384739 questions I’ve had. 10/10. Give it a try!

Moved to MO from IL and needed a new work out place. big gym setting isn't for me anymore. Love everything about Hotworx esp that it is less time in the gym but the results are amazing. Infrared heat is amazing, 10+ workouts to choose from and I am never bored. Staff is amazing and always there to help. At 57 years of age the benefits this gym has to offer are worth looking into.

I love my time at Hotworx! I don't understand all of the science that goes into working out in a sauna, but I can tell you that I leave feeling amazing! My muscles aren't sore, my mind is refreshed and I'm always look forward to my next visit! The owners and staff have always gone out of their way to make sure that I feel comfortable and welcomed!
