Excellent care for the customers.

Went in for break service and while I was there I visited the showroom to possibly consider an upgrade. First off, the service team was great. Secondly, Matt showed me around and walked me through the latest and greatest. He was a wealth of knowledge about performance and safety features. Even knew some deeper facts about the inner workings of the Merc’s. Always pleased with the service; polite, professional and accommodating.

overall top notch treatment in the end....especially the attention from Patrick who walked me through various issues. I do wish you had made the coupons availability known up front, especially, given the extensive amount of work that ended up being done on my vehicle. Time will tell if the work done was of high quality.

I'm not one to post reviews, but after buying this Mercedes at Plaza and being so disappointed with the service, I've been getting it serviced by MB of Chesterfield. I've been working with Scott Kunselman who has been fantastic. He's provided very timely updates, been prepared when I drop off, and very consultative. Loaners have been great, ready and clean. I'll continue to use them and definitely give them a shot at my next car purchase as Plaza was abysmal with their customer service.
