“Where do I begin?! I had an unfortunate incident, and didn’t know what to do about the damage to my car. My friend gave me Dustin’s number and told me to call him. The next morning I called him still frazzled about the situation. He immediately assured me he would help me through this. I felt such relief knowing I had someone to help as I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. Dustin went above and beyond to get my car and myself taken care of. I was blown away that real caring people still exist. Each time I went to the shop I could tell just how busy he was, but he always made time to stop and talk with me. “Absolutely great experience dealing with Mike. From the initial phone conversation I felt confident turning over my car to Mike. We did a FaceTime call where he evaluated the dents in my driver door on Telluride. He told me what to expect and we agreed on a price range. After setting up an appointment he arrived and went to work. The dent was actually two separate areas with a rather clear crease in both areas. He worked his magic on one dent and tried to get the other. Unfortunately there is interior structural members blocking access to that dent. This prevented him from fulling getting the dent out. That is disappointing but certainly beyond Mike’s control. He fully explained the situation and offered up a recommendation for a full body shop that can do traditional repairs. When I tried to pay him for the work he did accomplish Mike refused to take any payment. This is the level of service I wish was the norm. I highly recommend Mike as a professional with high standards and great integrity.”
