New Life Family Chiropractic

From a recommendation by a sweet co-worker, I started seeing Zach Hefner a little over a year ago for help with a lingering pain issue from a very old work injury; affecting my neck & shoulder joints and muscles.

It has made my pain management considerably better. Do I still have bad days & pain after some adjustments? I sure do, but it's been a lot better since I started my treatment with Zach.

Zach is has always had a very kind and professional attitude with me. He really tries hard to get to the root of my pain issues, and over time; has come to learn what works best for me as an individual, with adjustments and promoting self-care. Zach is a true professional and an excellent chiropractor. He is so much more than this. Dr. Zach cares deeply about teaching his patients about how the body works and what he is doing when he adjusts his patients. Dr. Zach at New Life has been more than helpful for me this past year. I walked in initially in tears, not able to move my arm because of pain. Just 3 months in and I was back on track. He's personable, knowledgeable, and treats everyone with care. He let's you know what's going on and how to improve your lifestyle, along with posture correction and proper exercises. Every time I go to New Life, I learn something new and utilize it in many parts of a busy schedule. The atmosphere is comfortable and he takes time to listen to you. 10/10 would recommend. Dr. Zach Hefner is ethical, professional, honest and compassionate. My wife started to go to Dr. Hefner a while back and she was so nervous about going to any doctor. When she had her first visit with Dr. Hefner he did a full spine and nerve examination and was able to sit down and put together a plan.
