Had a last minute need for a battery booster. Came in 15 minutes before close, but there was no pressure to hurry.

Ended up with exactly what I needed, plus a couple impulse items I spotted in my way to checkout.

Love these folks.

Even though their website said that the Wentzville and st. Charles location was out of the box that I want it. They had one on the Shelf with perfect foam now I can protect my Oculus thank you

I love almost everything I have purchased at Harbor Freight. And Thomas Flick mustn't be smart enough to check the box before buying, if it looks open check out the product inside before buying. More likely, he only needed to use it once and wanted to return when finished. Nothing is free Thomas.

Store and bathroom was clean and very well organized. They didn't have what I wanted on the shelf so I asked the store manager (Nick) if they had the item in the back. He went back to the store room and was back in a few minutes with what I wanted. He was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. The young lady (Ashlyn) at check-out was also very nice.
I have been shopping at this store for years.
Never had a bad experience myself so far.
