(August 1, 2019, 4:18 pm)Called the 800 call center and to my surprise they had the refrigerator part I needed. No one else had it locally.
Drove to their location and the guy working the counter helped 3 people in front of me and you could tell he knew his stuff in and out.
He was spewing knowledge left and right about different parts and grabbed his multimeter and was testing stuff at the same time.
Installed part I bought and works great now.
