“This location has been undergoing a remodel for quite a while, and I think the chaotic part is complete?? That being said, they need to work on the in-store online order pick-up situation. Apparently, since the remodel, they no longer have all of the ready-to-pick-up orders back behind the customer service area anymore - some of them are all the way on the other side of the building, forcing the associate to walk across the entire store to pick them up. It took several minutes for her to get mine, which seemed like there could have been a better set-up.”

The shop itself is located in an historical building that has been completed rehabbed and is just stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! The staff, and especially the manager Cyndi, are among the most accommodating and professional I have ever encountered. They make every customer feel welcome without being pushy or disingenuous. “I'm officially renaming this place Fancy Pants of Lake St. Louis. Once you walk in, you get a Nordstrom's vibe. Everything is well organized, spaced out and neat. The walls have the department name on them, making it easy to find accessories or shoes. The bathrooms are gorgeous too! They took great care of the "family room", which is adorable by the way. I came in looking for a shaw for a gala I went to and found one for $15! But right next to it was this bad leather belt that would've slayed my outfit - and it did. But for $75. 😫 I couldn't help it. Staff there are well dressed and very courteous. Nobody hassled me or was over my shoulder and they were easy tho find when I needed assistance. Ill definitely be back!”

“I come here for all my workout/leisure clothes because of the amazing prices. The employees are always very nice and attentive. The store is always very clean, and they have a wide selection of apparel for all sizes. They also have one of the best selections of STL sports apparel that I've seen in a store. There are a few things that are cheaper quality, but I would expect that with the pricing. They also have a great selection of running footwear for both mens and womens, including big brands such as Nike, New Balance, Adidas, and Brooks. They also have Crocs and Adidas sliders, Hey Dude, and Magellan brand casual footwear. I would definitely go here before other brand stores when shopping for outdoor items and workout/leisure clothing.”

“WONDERFUL customer service! I came across Bloomco when I was searching for a new local vendor to create a few shirts for our small business. I was attracted to the fresh new vibe of the website and appreciated the transparency. When I started the ordering process, I came across a few glitches. I called to report the glitches I was experiencing and immediately talked to one of the web designers of the site. He helped me navigate and resolve the issues quickly. I later had a phone call from the owner checking in to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if I had any feedback since the site was brand new at the time. I greatly appreciated being able to voice my suggestions and genuinely felt that they were taken under consideration. As for the quality of the product? We purchased a small batch of the basic shirts to use as work shirts and they came out perfectly. The print on the shirts has lasted through multiple wash and tough abuse. Bloomco has made a return customer out of us.”
