However they made me felt at home, they went beyond the service, made me feel safe and sound when paperwork related to the insurance, they talked to me in my language so they made me understand all the process I was going through.

As soon they attended me on the phone they gave me that security I needed and they guided me throughout the difficult process.

Besides the fixed my car on record time, they went beyond and they did even more work and more reparations that my car needed, asking me for my permission previously, and then they did not charge me for the extra work.
