Okay this regions is my favorite. Every time I go in there it seems like something crazy is happening and it's always the client being annoying or angry they can't do something when the bankers are literally just doing their job. Ppl are annoying so I feel for the workers. But anyway everyone I've met here has been amazing and never judgemental and always tries to look for the easiest solution to any problem. Love this location :-)

I worked with James and he was very knowledgeable and super helpful in opening accounts and explained everything extremely well if I could I would give it a 10 out of 10!!

I have to brag on this bank… I went in with no intentions of opening an account. I was only picking up western union money. When the time came for the teller to ask my job occupation I was shy and a little anxious to answer because I’m one of those online models. Even though i earn taxable legitimate income it is still frowned upon. I’ve found that many banks make me feel uncomfortable when they know how I make my income thus why I was nervous to answer her question. After answering her sheepishly I heard a reassuring comment behind me from James (he seemed like he might have been in training for loan management etc..) he quickly made me feel secure and confident by reassuring me and saying “I just want her to know there’s no judgement here and she is welcome here “ this experience has changed my intentions with this bank. & now I will be switching to Regions instead of Bank of A . Thank you for making me feel welcome James 💕

If you have a Regions Now card you will be treated like you are not a valuable customer. They limit just about everything you can do. Stay away from this product. Pain in the butt. It's not the branch's fault it's Regions fault. This card causes nothing but confrontation. Update. I went in on 12-02-19 to deposit a check from my employer who also uses Regions. I was told because I have a NOW card it's considered a non customer transaction. I'm not a customer now even though I have a Regions product. Wow. update I switched over to a regular regions credit card in a regular regions checking account in the service is much better and you can do way more on theI really preferred the NOW card but it is not an option if you want to get decent service. The manager was actually very very nice when I was upgrading all of my and I was very impressed how he walk me throughthank you very much I have a whole different opinion of regions Bank. I think I will be a customer for a very long time.

I’m not really sure why people leave negative reviews for Regions Bank. Perhaps being retired I get advantages others don’t; like FREE online bill paying. I pay both my electric & gas bill totally free of charge. And Lord knows living on Social (in) Security, I never have a lot of money in my checking account, which is also FREE! I got burned many years ago by U.S. Bank using their (supposedly) secure website. I’ve never had a problem with Regions. Never been hacked or had money taken from my account. The few times I’ve been inside, always been treated fairly – promptly & courteously.
