(December 29, 2023, 5:05 am)Food is usually great. Service could use a touch up. Either needs more workers because always busy or staff that do their job more efficiently. Tend to need customer service training or a better leader.
(October 27, 2023, 5:38 pm)Place is always packed and super busy. Came here on a Friday evening, the app said it would be ready in 45 minutes. So I arrived an hour later just to give them an extra 15 minutes. When I arrived they said my pizza hasn't even been started yet, despite the app saying it would be ready as I stated.
Apparently there was an order for like 100 pizzas in front of me. Tamala went above and beyond and put my pie in the oven to ensure it would be ready. Great customer service
