We ordered two Herman Miller Embody chairs from Todd in August, he waited patiently while we sat in all of the Herman Miller chairs they had at the store (I was unsure of which chair I wanted), and then worked with us even more to choose the exact custom made chairs we desired (since we wanted our chairs to match, he helped my husband and I make some tough decisions, which color of fabric, base, etc).
When the chairs arrived at the store, we were notified immediately. When we went to pick them up, they were already put together for us, packaging left on them carefully to ensure safe transport, and placed in our car for us. We had an excellent experience with Centro, and cannot recommend them enough. We love shopping local, and are so thrilled to have found this wonderful store.
