Arthur is a great attorney who always works hard for his clients.
I have always been able to depend on Mr. Arthur Shivers to take care of any of my traffic cases. I even appeared to represent me for a court case we discussed after I hadn't communicated with him in over a month. He is very well organized and has never given me a reason to question is integrity as an attorney. He also tends to be much more reasonable then TLC.
