Love the atmosphere..the customer service .. I felt I was getting personalized service just for me although the lobby was filled with customers. The manager Donnell gave me updates throughout my wait time ...the staff was smiling happy and professional exceptional service

Employees were courteous and efficient. Answered any questions I had and explained everything clearly. Car was clean and ran well. When I brought the car back they took care of me and checked me out quickly.

The gentleman named Kenya was so helpful and kind to help me find a vehicle for my mom, who had her car stolen. He spoke to his colleagues so professionally, too. Just a class act. If this guy isn't a manager he should be.

Well, I was in need of a car, which I called several Enterprise locations, and out of all the locations, the Washington Ave. location was the only one that called me back, after being on their waiting list for one day! All the young men that were there when I arrived, were very helpful. I can clearly see from the outside how well they worked together. They were very informative and offered contact information in case I had any questions or concerns.
When I returned the car, Justin Talbert also gave great service. Every worker I encountered there was excellent! Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful.
