My name is Rev. John Shepherd, III; my brother is Lathan Shepherd, who has been a resident there for many, many years. Well, my dad, my brother Arlonzo, his wife Robin, my nephew and I was fortunate enough to have Thanksgiving dinner (November 24th, 2022) with Lathan at the nursing home. The food was hot and very good (the sweet tea was awesome); the workers there were very friendly and professional...an asset to Northview!!! and Big Mike kept the music going. Job well done!!! Northview Village is a great place to work. I’ve been employed here for 7 years and and been promoted 4 times. We have a great nursing team. The D.O.N. Being the leader is outstanding and will bend over backwards for her team as well as the residents and their families.
I have worked here for seven years and loved every minute! Great place to work. I'm proud to be part a team of professionals that care about helping people get their lives back! Excellent mental health programs, great nursing staff and great food!
