I've taken all of my vehicles to Crawford's for 15 plus years. They have always treated me fairly and respectfully. Several times I needed work done that they weren't equipped to do. Rod referred me to shops that also gave me excellent service. At least once he called ahead on my behalf.

Women don't always get treated well at repair shops. That is definitely NOT the case at Crawford's. Rod has never talked down to me about what needed to be done and he's given me discounts a few times.

I had been in a very minor accident where my car was still driveable... but the plastic around the undercarriage detached even more after hitting a pothole. I called Crawford Tire and they were able to get me in right away, reattach my bumper and plastic within about an hour while I waited, and do it for less than my insurance deductible.
My car drives great now and the bumper is secure - not like the last place that reattached it with just 3 fasteners after another hit'n'run in 2013.
I've also used Crawford for replacing my tires and flushing my transmission. They have been reliable, professional, quick, and very easy to work with.

I would highly recommend this repair shop. They did an awesome job on my son's car and it was reasonable.
