I recently had 2 incidents that required repair services. I contacted Steve at Special Care and the treatment from start to finish was just that. The insurance company that I was with at the time was giving Steve all kinds of problems but he remained professional and provided top quality service until the job was completed. The 2nd incident went a lot smoother since I changed insurance companies, but the quality of service remained the same.
