This park is incredible. A wonderful place to explore on your own or with friends. Great for taking photos of the scenery, or getting great pictures for special occasions and group photos. There are a variety of outdoor shelters, old trees, and even a water play area for children. The botanical gardens of Missouri is nearby. And there is a large farmers market on Saturdays for tourists and locals to explore.
What a beautiful garden and park! The walking paths are very well maintained. The roads are great.
They had a few plants I have never seen, and I go to alot of gardens. Everything had a little sign saying what it was, some too small for me to read, but just took a photo and expanded it to read. I really liked that part.
I would recommend this park to everyone!
A beautiful park and a real asset to this city. Lush tree-lined trails, a fountain, stone "ruins" (man-made but aesthetic), horses (!), a thriving farmer's market, yoga classes, quirky pavilions... And while I've lived here two years and gone probably twenty times, I just know I'm leaving things out and still have more to discover.
This is a great park! Tons of space, very clean, and lots of differing levels of incline so the walk is never boring. There are events held here as well and sports leagues! I haven't seen many dog-waste disposal areas, but I bring my own bags and haven't seen much dirtiness around. Would recommend this park to anyone of any age.
There are way too many people without masks on here to maintain a proper distance.
