Good service. Easy to do returns.. the store was clean and neat..
The lady whom helped me was friendly and VERY helpful... she went over and above to make sure I was helped!!! It was refreshing.
After my bras were constantly falling apart from VS, I decided to give these a try since I needed something asap today. Felecia was so helpful and patient, and got me to try a different style bra than I am used to. That woman just changed my life! I could not be happier with how these feel. True customer service is so rare these days, so I thank you Felecia! You are appreciated!
I was pleasantly surprised, By the quality of the items in this store, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Sizes zero and up serve sizes up two 5 and 6x, Undergarments are also of great quality, I purchased a brawl there that I truly love it was on sale for twenty bucks normally seventy.
Elica did my bra fitting, great experience! Customer service was A1! Per Lane Bryant standard! Made my exchange seamless! Thank you! (I used to work for the brand many years ago) Customer service always shines in L.B.
This place offers a great community service. They offer fresh bread every day - the high dollar brands! Plus you are able to get a care package with produce, etc. as well.
If you are disabled or a senior, you can get a bus pass for $15. You will need a state ID, and a Metro ID, call for info. It is through SLAAA (St. Louis Area Agency on Aging--the city). I like it because I can get it early (several days before the end of the month) anytime between 8am-2pm. There is never a line, unlike other places. They also have helpful info on the front counter.
It is more of a walk than other places about 7 minutes (from Marceau). Going home is an issue because they moved the bus stop going north on Marceau (Hampton>Germania>Marceau). There are no sidewalks on the east side and they moved the bus stop down the hill. It is too dangerous to use because the grass is on an incline and you have to walk on the road-- on a hill! I have been walking to Broadway and Marceau to catch the bus. If you have mobility issues or use a wheelchair, I would take the first Street south to Broadway, then go to Marceau (there are sidewalks there). There are no bus shelters.😞 It is a depressed area, but I haven't had any scary experiences here.
If this is to much walking for you, I would recommend Five Star Senior Center. Take the Arsenal bus and get off 1 block on the east side of Gravois (behind the funeral home). You only have to walk 1 tiny block. You can only get your pass here on the last business day of the month between 8am-11am. You are given a number to wait in line. It used to be a long wait, but that has changed. I went this month and I only had to wait 10 minutes. They have lots of helpful information on a variety of issues in the hall area. They also have activities, dinners. Last I heard, they will even come and get you. Again, call for info. Please share this.
