“Me and the wife visited on Thanksgiving day. The service was great in every way. The music ???? the testimony service and most of all, the message. It was delivered by a guest speaker from another church. It came across plain ,simple, easily understood and so powerful. Didn’t need to be deciphered ,decoded nor sifting through stubble to get to the straw .During the service you could feel free to give a glory hallelujah ,thank you Jesus and a loud Amen whenever you felt prompted to by your spirit. Praising God and giving Him honor was highly encouraged not shunned. This can be contributed to Pastor Word and Mother/Pastor Vera the founders of the church. The atmosphere is such a one that is very welcoming and warm. If you are looking for somewhere to visit or maybe even become a part of; I suggest, no I highly recommend that you stop by Renaissance Temple and be blessed as we were. Amen??? Amen!!! ????”

“Visited St. Lucas for the first time Feb. 18. Rev. Dr. Larson immediately came up to me when he saw me and introduced himself and welcomed me. The welcoming committee was very friendly and helpful. I went to the 10:30 am 'contemporary' service because of the music. It was AWESOME! The band included guitars, bass, drums, and I think a piano; lyrics were projected onto the front wall, making it very easy to catch on and sing along. I liked Rev. Larson's sermon, his way of making the Bible seem "real," and the gentleness of his presentation. Definitely will go back!”
