This is the best workout I have ever done ! It’s dynamic and challenging at the same time. You can feel that you are getting stronger after each workout. The coaches are excellent, they motivate you and keep the environment the best possible.

Generation 3 Fitness has an amazing atmosphere, knowledgeable coaches, and challenging workouts! Each day/workout is totally new and different. The coaches push you just enough while making sure your form is not compromised and you are doing each movement safely.
