“I cannot say enough good things about my Brighton Electric experience! When I started down the path of bidding the replacement of my 50-year-old panel and upgrade of service from 100A to 200A, I was completely dreading it, thinking it would be a long, super expensive project. Never fear--Brighton was there! I found everyone at Brighton to be friendly, responsive, professional, and helpful. From the estimator, Scott, to the electricians, to Cynthia in the main office--each person gave me confidence in their ability to do the job well. I had a couple different things I wanted done in addition to a panel upgrade, so Scott took care in bidding those as well. I thought Brighton was well-priced compared to some other bids I received for the panel replacement and upgrade. From bid to panel install/service upgrade/light switch install/light install was less than 10 days, which I thought was incredibly fast. On the day of the panel upgrade, the electricians arrived on time to my house and did the job with quality. They communicated well how the day's process would work, and at the end of the day, made sure to tell me what to expect next with inspection. They used a drop cloth to protect my flooring and cleaned up any mess they made. I couldn't brag on them enough. I also met electrician Ryan and appreciated his work at my home as well. Scott kept tabs each step of the way on how my experience was going so I felt supported start to finish, and I am really just thrilled with how everything turned out! “I began my wedding dress search a couple of months ago and the first place I went to is a well recognized boutique in St. Louis. I went in wanting to try on a couple of dresses I had seen on the designers website. When I asked if they had the dresses they said no and then didn't really do anything to help me find what I was looking for. I didn't find anything I liked and asked when the 2021 dresses would come out and they brushed me off and encouraged me to buy a dress in the 2020 collection. I left my appointment feeling discouraged because once they figured out I wasn't buying a dress I felt like their willingness to help me rapidly declined. I randomly walked into Helens with no appointment because I saw that they carry the designer I like and wanted to see if she had the dress that I wanted to try on. Pam and Helen were so helpful (despite not having an appointment) and informed me that they did not have the dress. Helen figured out it was not going to come out for a couple of months because it was in the 2021 collection. She contacted the designer and got them to ship her the dress in my size before it was released to stores. I was able to try on the dress and it was everything that I wanted it to be! The dress I wanted is pretty specific to my taste and probably wouldn't have been a dress that she would have picked to have in her store (and will probably be hard to find in other stores). Helen and Pam were so helpful and went out of their way to find the dress that I was wanting instead of encouraging me to buy something they already had. I am so thankful because now I am able to buy my dream wedding dress that I thought I would never find!”

“This place really is awesome. I don’t say things like that lightly. My shoulder started hurting severely recently, and it was waking me up in the middle of the night when I’d lay on it, so my first thought was to go to the chiropractor. A quick Google search showed the closest 5 star chiropractor was Back to Wellness. They got me in either same or next day, started treatment, did some x-rays, and recommended I see an orthopedist, too. I did, and he referred me to a physical therapist. Now, Jim, my orthopedist, and the PT doctor are all working together to get me back in shape and I’m grateful for their help. I’ve got noticeable improvement in my range of motion, pain is down, and I’m on the road to recovery for sure. I know this is long, but I think it’s important to give you a idea of the level of attentiveness Jim provides. He is a genuinely good guy, and his assistant Kara is awesome too. All around, a great place and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”
