Exceptional service! I have worked with Austex Electrical Services a couple of times now. They came out first thing the following morning and took care of everything in one trip. They were very responsive and arrived right on time to fix my ceiling fan. They're very upfront about costs, explained everything they were doing and were very fast and efficient. This company is awesome! They quickly found the problem with our kitchen lights, fixed it, and also thoroughly explained what was wrong so we knew. They also let us know about a burned neutral wire in our dining room light (because the fixture is apparently too many watts), and they recommended that we might want to change the fixture out at some point. Really good to know! They were super friendly and did great work. I highly recommend Austex Electrical Services.

My house needed removal of some leftover knob and tube wiring. Austex Electrical Services provided Excellent service. Very honest and reliable. If you need knob and tube upgrades, this company is an excellent choice - they know older homes. The crew was very pleasant and hardworking. They offered great suggestions re: placement of light switches. The crew took great pride in their work. An excellent experience from start to finish
