I have been wearing hearing aids for four years. In all fairness I did not wear them as much as I should have. I attributed to this to the fact that when I did wear them I did not notice any great difference. I have the BTE aids. I was on the verge of buying another pair when I decided I need to do some research first. I came across Greentree. I had my first appointment this week and was very impressed. I am getting my new aids in two weeks, I can't wait to see how they preform with me doing my part!

My hearing test and consultation was very pleasant. The audiologist at Greentree was terrific. I have ordered the hearing aids we discussed and look forward to seeing them again for delivery set-up.

initially, i was VERY impressed how thoroughly, and quickly i got answers to my questions on their email site. When i went for my hearing test , i felt that the facility had a truly medical feel about it. My audiologist , John, was very polite, patient, and seemed very knowledgeable with the testing process and also with the specific brand of hearing aids they order for me. A positive experience so far!
