“I have been a very frequent customer of the Kirkwood Panera for several years and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location. It’s clear that the manager, Chris, is extremely well-versed in customer service. He has gone out of his way multiple times to make me feel like an important customer and that he genuinely cares whether I return to his store. Chris is sincerely one of the best managers I have encountered in the food service industry. His employees are always positive, responsive and respectful. The store is clean, the landscaping is well-kept, and the employees consistently wear masks and gloves. I have yet to have a negative experience at this store.”
