My mon broke her hip a couple of years ago and because Covid she didn't get appropriate therapy except at home. She is independent with daily functional activities however limited with doing things she loves to do due to decreased strength and mobility. My sister told me about Osteostrong and one of her co-worker who had many medical issues resulting in weakness benefited from going to Osteostrong. Me being Physical therapist, I was very skeptical at first but doing a lot of research made sense scientifically and decided to give it a try. We met Laura, the owner through a free session program. She gave a very thorough explanation about the program. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Even though there is a language barrier since my mom doesn't speak English, Laura takes time and is very patient with her. My mom has been going to her about two month and she has made huge progress. She has improved with her mobility, endurance, balance, strength and decreased pain. She is able to perform activities at a faster pace, walk more and be able to enjoy the things that she used to love to do. My mom loves going to Osteostrong every week. I highly recommend Osteostrong to anyone who wants to improve strength, mobility and balance.

The benefits of an Osteostrong session are amazing given the short amount of time it takes to do the circuit. My balance improved tremendously - which is what I was hoping to achieve! I keep getting stronger and I stand up straighter. And the staff at this facility are incredible - kind, knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend the program.
