Very crowded but they had a sale going on so that is understandable. I really wanted the outlet but it's in the Lake of the Ozarks..☹️

Store was busy on the weekend but service was attentive. Prices as expected per the sale and products stocked perfectly.

I love bath and body but the only issue with this location was that there are so many scents why isn't there coffee grinds or something that would clear the nostrils after testing of scents. After inquiring with one of the sales staff as to why, I was told that they just didn't carry it. I purchased a couple of products and I would have bought more but I couldn't decide between the scents.
