Gateway jumped in when I was in a pinch and saved the day! Couldn’t not have asked for better service.

For some silly reason, as the IT Manager for my company, I have also been put in charge of facilities and security. We moved into our current location 4 years ago, and have been partnering with Wes and GL&S from the get go.

Wes was an excellent technician. Within 60 seconds of arriving to our home he had in jammed the lock! He then fixed the door. He then showed us how to properly work the lock and lever.
His expertise is much appreciated.

Needed a new entry handset rekeyed and Wes handled it in no time at all, plus keys. Very efficient, perfect quality, pleasant to work with and I won't hesitate to use them again for future security or locksmith needs.
