We just returned recently from a five-night stay at Universal Orlando and the Loews Portofino Bay hotel, and the vacation was absolutely perfect.

Universal Studios Orlando & Islands of Adventure were all incredible. The Jurassic Park area of Islands was outstanding. As Harry Potter fans, we knew we would enjoy both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade, but these exceeded our expectations. The immersion in the worlds that they manage to capture - even from shop to shop or destination to destination within the Harry Potter parks - is at another level; it feels like you stepped into the movies. Incredible.

For CityWalk, we cannot say enough good things about BigFire and Toothsome's Chocolate Emporium. The food at each was terrific, each in their own way. The filet and salmon at BigFire...wow!

Portofino Bay was absolutely gorgeous. Rooms and the hotel grounds themselves were very clean. The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. The ambience of the Piazza and courtyard that overlooks the bay was beautiful during the day and especially at night; it became a favorite place for us to sit and relax at night after returning from the parks.

None of this would have been possible or as enjoyable without Diane's help. Everything from the initial planning of the trip to our check-out was seamless. When we first reached out & outlined what we were hoping to do on the trip, she ended up finding a travel package that not only fit well within our budget, but went above and beyond what we were hoping to get out of the trip. Diane also arranged rental of a wheelchair for us at the park; again, everything with this was seamless. She was always available to answer any questions we had and anytime we reached out, we heard back quickly. The service level she provided and the value we got for the trip she arranged was nothing short of exceptional.

It had been years since we were able to do a trip like this, so this was a very special trip for us. Everything about it surpassed our expectations. We absolutely cannot wait to go back, and we will definitely be reaching out to Diane when we do.

Can’t tell you enough that having Diane book my family reunion for more than 30 ppl less stressful She was my fairy god mother she made things happens during one of the biggest moment of my life !!!
I had just found out I was moving to North Carolina a month before my vacation and she not only made sure all details of my vacation was in point she also took time off her personal schedule to check up on me knowing I was alone in a new state. She kept me so excited about my trip and introduced many other cool activities along the way before the big day.
My trip consisted of going to Disney world the weekend of Halloween and universal studios. She listened to every key component of what I wanted in my trip and for me it was going to the Disney Halloween party and Guess what ?!? She made it happened as many know getting tickets to this event would be almost impossible she woke up at 4am and was on hold using multiple phones to make it happened and after waiting for almost 10hrs+ she got them (dedicated)!! I want you to know if your looking at a travel agent that’s dedicated to helping their clients then don’t hesitate calling Diane. Here’s the other best part she kept checking with me during my stay at Disney to make sure everything went to plan when I landed , got to my hotel alright, and also to my lunch/dinner appointments.
Side note— make sure you purchase the VIP package from her it includes so many amenities where she books all your shows and dinning and she has some great opinions on some venues. By far the best experience!!! Diane I loved the 50’s Prime Time Cafe I was a bit skeptical at first about this choice but oh my god the food was good I recommend the sampler the chicken was so crispy.
I could keep going but just do it already click the button and call Diane she can’t make it happen for you like she did for me. She’s become more then just my travel agent I’ve gained a friend during this experience. Just so you know I’ve been booking my trips with her ever since !!
