(July 14, 2022, 8:58 pm)I was invited to go here for an event. I had no idea this place was in St Louis. I had a great time. The place is very clean and good lighting. It was not too loud from all the games. Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was good and lots of choices. There was some awesome VR games here. If you are in the area, you should check this place out.

One of the best places for kids Birthday parties. It has a restaurant & a bar.
Kids can purchase gifts based on the tickets they gain in arcade games.
(May 24, 2022, 10:32 am)Fun place to bring the kiddos, especially early on a Saturday morning when they first open. The food/drink prices are to be expected but the game cost could be much better - thus the reason for a 4star. Games are simply too high. Overall I'd still recommend.
(April 26, 2022, 8:56 am)This place was so much fun. My kids all loved it (6 years, 11 years, 13 years) there was something fun for everyone. If you are planning to go on the weekend, I do recommend making reservations for the bowling, right ropes and laser tag ahead of time, as they do book up quick. We went on a Saturday unaware of that. Luckily it was pretty slow when we arrived so getting a game of laser tag in wasn’t an issue, however by 330 they were completely booked for the night for the gravity ropes. So definitely make sure to plan ahead. This didn’t not ruin the experience by any means. The kids still had a great time. The food was really good.
(February 6, 2022, 9:57 pm)We found Main Event after Googling things to do (the kids have been cooped in due to the snow). I never knew this place existed. We arrived and the staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. The first thing the kids wanted to do was the Gravity Ropes. We purchased tickets and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Tickets are reasonable, as well as prices for the arcade games.
When we arrived in line at the Gravity Ropes, there was a rude woman complaining to your staff member, Mike. I wasn’t able to hear the conversation in depth, but from what I could gather, her children was not paying attention and missed the departure with their group. You have an excellent employee. He handled her complaint with tact, although he was not at fault. Being in customer service is difficult; especially when consumers appear to be more demanding now than ever. Great job, Mike. We will certainly be back !
