We had a rogue tech that was double billing us and repairing our equipment in HIS GARAGE when we thought it was being sent to the Henry Schein ProRepair. This tech would then bill me through himself then through Schein. Once the company found out they made things right for us, and rebuilt our Autoclave that was damaged by this EXPERIENCED TECH of 18 years, for no charge. I understand that sometimes employees dont follow company protocol, but what I appreciate is how the Company and Jeremy stood behind me and made it right. Thank You”

“Couldn't ask for a better enrollment process or nicer staff which makes all the difference! Plus the staff doesnt not have a lot of turnover making for a more private/small town/exclusive feel. Super quite and clean. We love the country club feel without the big price tag or egos. Plus one can't go wrong with anything on the menu at the poolside cabana. The only downside is that the pool could use a more frequent vacuum.”
