Chris and Andrea are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Very friendly and genuine personalitys 10 out of 10 recomend using their services!!!

Their prepackaged meals are amazing. My favorite is the mostaccioli. Really wish all fit flavor locations would open at 8, i think a lot of others would agree, such as people who are active and have work throughout the week.

Been trying to meal plan on my own for a while with my boyfriend but it just hasn’t been working out since we are so busy. Just found out about this place through google and tried the lemon pepper salmon and my bf ate the cheeseburger bowl and wow. The price is right, the meal is filling AND it taste good. Will definitely be ordering more :)

The price is the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars. For the price, you'd expect the meals to be organic. Other than that the food is fresh, cooked to perfection, and has a good shelf life. I also appreciate that the meals aren't high in sodium.
