I have been a member since 2016 and am continually impressed with Palm. The services rendered by the medical staff have been extremely responsive. If someone has a medical issue, the doctors don't just give you some medicine to correct that issue. They dig deep to discover the cause was and work to cure that. They take the time to listen closely and most importantly, they follow up. In addition, there have been times when something came up, I called and have had a response within a very short time.

I visited PALM with а day pass and it was a truly relaxing and refreshing experience. I took a fitness class and tried wellness services such as salt room, cell recharge and cryotherapy. The staff made my experience even better, everyone was very attentive, accommodating, and so friendly. I was educated on every new experience. I am looking forward to coming back!
