My family of origin has a heavy history of mental illness going back several generations on both my parents’ sides, and I have been in therapy for forty-five years and seen many therapists. But it was not until I began seeing Linda that I began to make real breakthroughs, growing into a person I had no idea I could be. She has helped me overcome trauma, helped me guide my children through their own various issues, including bipolar, spectrum, depression and psychosis disorders. She has amazing skills at talk therapy, EMDR, and suggesting practical real-life solutions that have been so helpful.
